Challenges

What started as a small-scale business in Bangalore grew into one of India’s favorite destinations to order meat and seafood, delivering in multiple cities across the country. Understanding the consumer base and behavior to reach the target audience and a smoothly functioning Operations system were the two main challenges faced by the D2C unicorn.

Timely and accurate analytics was needed in the following areas:

  • Analyzing user behavior on incoming traffic, items added to cart and purchased items.

  • To explore under/over performing regions along parameters such as orders /revenue.
  • Analyzing the performance of different licenses by analyzing real time and historical data.
